Again, nothing new has happened. Um, gotta think back a week now...
I never did have room checks that Monday night, turned out to be Wednesday which kinda pissed me off cuz I could've spent that time cleaning to do something else. But, on the other hand, it was a good thing cuz Jody and Jessica (friends from school) spontaneously decided to go to St. Jo, Missouri (half hour drive from Highland) Wednesday afternoon. Jody had to shop for baby clothes for her soon to be niece or nephew (kinda hard to shop for unisex stuff). So yeah, had room checks when we got back from St. Jo. Then I went over to Jody and Jessica's dorm for a biscuit and gravy dinner (delish) and then, to our surprise, we actually studied! GASP. It was funny though cuz what we studied for wasn't on our test but our teacher specifically said what was on the study guide was what the test was over. No surprises, she said. That goes to show that you can't trust an 80 year old teacher who can't remember assignment due dates. Pssh. But still, I think we did okay for the most part.
Thursday was awesome. My first class of the day, Sociology, was let out an hour and 50 minutes early. So I had that much time before the Caff opened for lunch. After lunch, I had my Philosophy test, got done with that also an hour and 50 minutes early. So I took a nap since I had that much time before my last class. I woke up about a half hour before class started so I decided to walk over there and my teacher said I could go in early. I worked on our project for the day and left an hour early from that. Then...I went to Jody's to help them clean their apartment for their room checks. Then we went to Brian's dorm where we watched The Dark Knight and ate some macaroni and cheese (which is now a joke amongst my group of friends). I'm suppose to ask for macaroni and cheese when I go to a movie theater now. Ha. Like I'll ever do that.
Friday, my teacher wasn't as cool; we had to stay the whole class period. But I like him and that class so it wasn't that bad. But as soon as that class was over I was out of that town and came home to start my spring break.
Saturday had to work. Then I went to the movies with Blair and Brian. We watched "Race to Witch Mountain". It was a fairly decent movie. I'll probably never buy it but it's worth watching once. Just dont spend the 8 bux or whatever it is at the theater - definately rent it - cheaper.
Sunday... oh, my dad and his gf and I went to Topeka to go clothes shopping. Had lunch at Red Lobster - yummmmmmm.
Monday - met up with Chase at the mall, and Kris for like a few minutes. When he left, Chase and I decided to grab lunch at AJ's Pizzeria (New York style pizza - yummmm). We met up with Sarah there, and Misti. Then... we wondered around Poyntz Ave. Then decided to meet at City Park, travel to Walmart to purchase frisbees, cookies, lemonade, and chips for a fun day at the park, went to Chase's house so he could grab a camera and change shirts, took the top of his jeep off - beautiful day - then proceeded to my house so I could change shoes, change shirts (lol) helped dad carry in groceries. THEN we proceeded to City Park to kill each other with the frisbees (just kidding.)
This is currently my favorite picture from our trip to everywhere in town:

Lukus is the one on the left, Sarah on the right, and me down in front. Charlie's Angels - college boredum style.
Overall it's been an awesome spring break. Today, I had to work, but afterwards, my boss and some other people I work with went out for dinner for some Korean food - yum. I was forced to try a traditional Korean dessert - fish ice cream. At first I actually thought it had fish in it but it doesn't. The way it's prepared looks like a fish. It's hard to explain what it is, just google it...
Tomorrow, if plans are still set, some friends and I are going out of town to Salina to the Rolling Hills Zoo - can't wait! Nothing like a bunch of college kids get excited about going to the zoo. Hehe.
I'm slowly running out of things to say so I'll stop there.
Except for one more piece of business:
The SONG OF THE DAY.
I love this song. t.A.T.u. is an awesome group.
Also, check out Dethklok (American version of the Gorillaz, only hardcore), Genitorturers, and Cascada. I've been into these bands, along with t.A.T.u., recently, thanks to the manager of the shop next door to us.
Alright, with that, I bid you all farwell.
Until next time.
